This is the original, real and only Lock and Key Party in the US. We know this is a great idea and others want to try and host their own, but there is a US Federal Trademark protecting our concept. Using it would be a TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, open to prosecution, and our Legal Team on Retainer WILL PROSECUTE! Lock and Key, Lock & Key, and Lock N Key are US FEDERAL REGISTERED TRADEMARKS. Further information is available available here as well as at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's web page. Our federal registration of this trademark provides us with certain proprietary rights. This includes the right to restrict the use of the trademark, or a confusingly similar trademark, in association with confusingly similar products or services. This federal trademark serves as an important and distinctive representation of the origin of our products as well as the goodwill of our company.
